What a powerful book! There are 47 incredible "bite sized" and easily consumable lessons that make sense of this world and help guide and motivate the reader. The reader will be pulled as they learn how to make decisions, why people are mean, how not to be a victim, the first day/week on a new job and how to make this a better world etc. Every student should receive this book as a graduation gift.

It’s fascinating that wisdom written for young people can apply to adults, and that if we didn’t get it when we were young, we will still be struggling many years later to figure it all out. Bought this for several graduates and they seem to enjoy it.
Although this book was written for high school graduates, it is applicable to everyone. It is well thought out with structured chapters that include bullets of advice and personal anecdotes that illustrate that advice. It is a wonderful handbook for parents to help guide their children through those tough times, and to help their children handle what life throws at them.
